The current Workstation setup is used for new floor sets. Select a workstation on the floor, then open Workstation to edit that exact set.
Click any chair to make it a supervisor seat.

Everything else your contact centre needs
Furniture is one part of the setup. Add technology, people, outsourcing and facilities services, and they join the same proposal. Quantities follow the seats in your design unless you change them.
Your proposal follows the design you reviewed. You can adjust quantities or remove line items after it is generated. If you need different workstation specifications, start a new quote so the updated proposal stays accurate.
Quote preview: review the line items and totals below. Your saved customer details stay with this quote, so removing a line or changing a quantity will not require you to enter them again.
